Antalya Airport to Kemer and Beyond: One Road, Six Different Holidays

Drive west out of Antalya Airport and one road carries you the whole way: past Konyaalti, through the tunnels, and onto the stretch where the Taurus mountains drop straight into the sea. Every resort on this side of the gulf sits on that same road. What changes is not the scenery but the kind of holiday waiting at the end — so the useful question is not how far each place is, but which stop actually suits you.

What the drive is like

The first section is ordinary city traffic. After Konyaalti the road narrows between mountain and sea, runs through a series of tunnels and stays close to the water for the rest of the trip. It is a genuinely scenic ride. The final sections to Cirali, Olympos and Adrasan leave the main road and descend on narrow, winding lanes — no trouble at all with a driver who does it daily, but not a stretch you would enjoy learning at midnight.

The six stops, from nearest to farthest

• Beldibi — 45.2 km, about 41 minutes, from €40. The closest of the six: a quiet strip of hotels squeezed between forest and beach. Pick it for the mountain-and-sea setting with the shortest ride.
• Goynuk — 52.4 km, about 47 minutes, from €45. Known for its canyon and its family hotels. A calm, green middle ground, close enough to Kemer when you want more life.
• Kemer — 61.3 km, about 55 minutes, from €45. The centre of this coast: marina, bazaar, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Choose it if you like leaving the hotel in the evening with somewhere to go.
• Tekirova — 75.4 km, about 65 minutes, from €50. Large resorts along a wide beach, with the ruins of Phaselis nearby. Best if you plan to stay in the resort and want space around you.
• Cirali / Olympos — 94.4 km, about 87 minutes, from €60. A different world: bungalows and small pensions behind a protected beach, with the Yanartas flames on the hillside above. No big hotels — that is the point.
• Adrasan — 104 km, about 88 minutes, from €60. The quiet far end: a bay held between two mountains, small hotels, boat trips in the morning. The longest ride on this list and the calmest place at the end of it.

Which car for which group

The starting prices above are for the Comfort sedan — three passengers, two suitcases — which fits a couple with normal luggage. If you want the same trip in a higher-standard car, the Premium Sedan is the step up. Four to six people, or fewer people with a lot of luggage, need the Premium Van, a V-Class with room for six passengers and four cases. Larger parties take the 12 Seater, a minibus carrying twelve passengers and eight bags.

The practical part

• Your driver waits inside the terminal with a name sign. We track your flight number, so a delay costs nothing extra.
