Book online, no card number
Choose your car, dates and protection package, then enter your name, contact details and flight number. You are never asked for a card number and nothing is charged, so booking commits you to nothing: you can cancel free of charge at any time before pick-up.

We follow your flight and meet you
With your flight number, our team follows your arrival and meets you at the terminal exit, whatever the hour — handover at the airport runs around the clock and is free. If your flight is delayed, the car simply waits for you, with no extra fee.

Documents and a walk around the car
We check your passport or ID card and your driving licence, then walk around the car with you and note any existing damage together, so its condition at pick-up is clear to both sides before you set off. A credit card is not asked for at any point.

Pay in cash or by card and drive off
You pay for the rental in cash or by card — debit or credit, whichever you have — take the keys and go. Cash alone is enough. When you bring the car back it is checked, and the fuel should be at the same level as at pick-up; because nothing was held at the start, there is nothing to release at the end.

Credit card, debit card, cash: what works where?
Rental companies usually ask for a credit card for one reason: to secure a deposit. A credit card, a debit card and cash are not treated the same way as security, which is why the answer to “can I rent without a credit card?” depends on the company.
- Credit card
- A credit card lets a company reserve an amount on it at pick-up — a pre-authorisation — without taking the money yet. That reserved sum is the company's security, and it is released after the return if nothing is owed. That is why the card usually has to be a credit card, in the driver's name.
- Debit card
- Many companies do not accept a debit card as security, so a debit card on its own is often refused at the desk.
- Cash
- Cash is often not accepted as security either. Paying for the rental itself in cash is a different matter, and it is welcome with us.
With us, none of this applies: no deposit and no hold mean no credit card is needed. A debit card or cash is enough to pay at the handover.
What to bring
Your passport or ID card.
Your driving licence. Foreign licences printed in the Latin alphabet are accepted in Türkiye as they are; if yours uses another script, such as Cyrillic or Arabic, bring an International Driving Permit alongside it.
The driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years. For the 9-seat Hyundai Staria and Fiat Ulysse, the minimum age is 27, with a licence held for at least 3 years.

- I only have a debit card — is that fine?
- Yes. We take no deposit and hold nothing on your card, so a credit card is not needed. You pay for the rental at the handover, in cash or by card.
- Do I have to enter card details when booking?
- No. Booking takes no card number, and nothing is charged before you collect the car.
- Does the card have to be in the driver's name?
- No — we do not use the card as security, so the cardholder does not matter. The driving licence and passport do have to belong to the driver collecting the car.
- What do I need at the handover?
- Your driving licence and passport. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, bring an International Driving Permit as well. A credit card is not needed.
- Which payment methods do you accept at the handover?
- Cash or card — a debit card or a credit card, whichever you have. Cash on its own is enough. Nothing is taken before the handover, and no card details are collected when you book.
- Why do other companies insist on a credit card?
- Because most of them take a deposit, and they secure it by reserving an amount on a credit card (a pre-authorisation). The card is there for that deposit, not for the rental price. We take no deposit and hold nothing, so there is nothing to secure.
- Is my booking safe if I pay nothing up front?
- Yes. You receive a confirmation by e-mail, and we follow your flight so the team is at the terminal exit when you land. If your plans change, cancelling is free at any point before you collect the car — and because nothing was paid, there is no refund to wait for.
- What if the car is damaged and there is no card on file?
- Every rental includes a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). If the car is damaged, you pay at most that car's excess, not its full value, and the excess — which depends on the car — is shown during booking. Smart Protection adds theft, tyre and glass cover; Premium Protection also covers damage up to a set limit in accidents that are your own fault or one-sided, and adds Roadside Assistance. Having no card does not change any of this.
- How old do I have to be, and which licence do I need?
- Drivers must be 25 or older and have held their licence for at least two years; for the 9-seat Hyundai Staria and Fiat Ulysse the minimum is 27, with a licence held for three years. A licence printed in the Latin alphabet is accepted as it is; one in another script, such as Cyrillic or Arabic, must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.
- Is the price I see the price I pay?
- Yes. The total at the end of the booking is what you pay at the handover: the car, the protection package and any extras you chose, plus a delivery fee if you pick a location other than the airport. Extra costs can arise at the return, for example for missing fuel or a late return.
- How long can I rent without a credit card?
- From 3 to 31 days, with any car in the fleet, from economy cars to the 9-seat minivans. No car class and no rental length brings a credit card requirement.
- How can I tell that a “no credit card” offer is genuine?
- Check three things before you book: that no card number is requested during booking, that nothing is held or charged before the handover, and that the damage cover and its excess are stated up front.
