How a no-deposit handover works at Antalya Airport

Book online, no card details
Choose your car, dates and protection package, then enter your name, contact details and flight number. No card number is asked for and nothing is charged, so the booking does not tie you to anything: you can cancel free of charge at any time before pick-up.

We track your flight and meet you
Using your flight number, our team follows your arrival and meets you at the terminal exit, whatever the hour — handover at the airport runs around the clock and is free. If your flight is delayed, the car simply waits for you, with no extra fee.

Documents and a walk around the car
First comes a short check of your passport or ID card and your driving licence. Then we walk around the car with you and note any existing damage together, so its condition at pick-up is clear to both sides before you set off.

Pay and drive off
You pay for the rental in cash or by card, take the keys and drive off. When you bring the car back, it is checked, and the fuel should be at the same level as at pick-up. Because nothing was held at the start, there is nothing to refund or release at the end.

Deposit, pre-authorisation, card hold: what is the difference?
Rental companies usually protect themselves with a deposit or with a pre-authorisation that puts a hold on your card; the three terms are often mixed up, although they mean different things.
- Deposit
- A deposit is a sum you leave with the rental company at pick-up as security. It stays with the company until the car has been returned and checked; you then get it back, minus any costs deducted, for example for damage or missing fuel.
- Pre-authorisation
- With a pre-authorisation, the company reserves an amount on your credit card at pick-up. Nothing is debited yet, but your bank sets the sum aside for the company, which can collect part or all of it if costs arise after the rental. Usually only a credit card is accepted for this.
- Card hold
- The hold is what a pre-authorisation means for you: the reserved amount is taken off your available card limit for the whole rental. Even once the company releases it after the return, your bank can take several days to free up the limit again, and until then you cannot use that part of it.
With us, none of the three applies: no deposit, no pre-authorisation and no hold on your card — at the handover you simply pay for the rental.
What to bring
Your passport or ID card.
Your driving licence. Foreign licences printed in the Latin alphabet are accepted in Türkiye as they are; if yours uses another script, such as Cyrillic or Arabic, bring an International Driving Permit alongside it.
The driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years. For the 9-seat Hyundai Staria and Fiat Ulysse, the minimum age is 27, with a licence held for at least 3 years.
Common questions
- Is nothing really held on my card?
- Correct. No transaction runs on your card before the handover, and we do not ask for card details when you book. There is no amount waiting to be released later.
- When and how do I pay?
- At the handover — in cash or by card. Nothing is taken before that.
- What if I cancel?
- Cancelling is free at any point before you collect the car. Because there is no prepayment, there is no refund to wait for.
- What is included in the price?
- Third-party liability insurance, a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and vehicle maintenance are included in the price; mechanical faults are on us, only costs caused by the driver (for example a flat battery from lights left on) are the customer's. When you book, you choose one of three protection packages: Basic, Smart or Premium. What each one covers and costs is shown during booking. Delivery and return at Antalya Airport are free and available around the clock; if your flight is delayed, the car waits at no extra cost.
- What happens if the car is damaged?
- Every rental includes a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): if the car is damaged, you pay at most that car's excess, not its full value. The excess depends on the car and is shown during booking. Smart Protection adds theft, tyre and glass cover; Premium Protection also covers damage up to a set limit in accidents that are your own fault or one-sided, and adds Roadside Assistance.
- Do I need a credit card at all?
- No. You don't need a credit card to book or to collect the car, because nothing has to be secured on one. At the handover you pay in cash or by card, whether debit or credit — cash on its own is perfectly fine.
- What if my flight lands at night or is delayed?
- That is not a problem. Handover at Antalya Airport is available around the clock and costs nothing at any hour, night landings included. Because you give us your flight number when booking, the team follows the flight and is at the terminal exit when you actually land; if you are late, the car waits at no extra charge.
- Which driving licence do I need, and how old do I have to be?
- A licence printed in the Latin alphabet is enough on its own; for one in another script, such as Cyrillic or Arabic, you also need an International Driving Permit. Drivers must be 25 or older and have held their licence for two years. The 9-seat Hyundai Staria and Fiat Ulysse require drivers aged 27 or over who have had their licence for three years.
- Is the price I see when booking the price I pay?
- Yes. The total shown at the end of the booking is what you pay at the handover: the car, the protection package and any extras you chose, such as child seats, plus the delivery fee if you picked a location other than the airport. Nothing is charged before you collect the car. Extra costs can arise at the return, for example for missing fuel or a late return.
- How long can I rent without a deposit?
- Anything from 3 to 31 days. The no-deposit rule covers every rental in that range and every car in the fleet, from the Renault Taliant to the 9-seat minivans — there is no car class and no rental length for which a deposit suddenly applies.
- Is there a fuel deposit or any other hidden charge?
- No deposit of any kind: not in cash, not on your card, and not for fuel. At the return the fuel should be at the same level as at pick-up, and extra costs can arise then, for example for missing fuel or a late return. Everything you choose while booking is already in the total shown at the end.
- How can I tell that a no-deposit offer is genuine?
- Check four things before you book: that no card details are requested during booking, that nothing is held or charged before the handover, that the damage cover and its excess are stated up front, and what other customers say — our Google Maps listing shows reviews from real customers.
