Personal data processed

  • Identity: full name, date of birth, driving licence and passport/ID details
  • Contact: e-mail address, phone number
  • Transaction: booking record, rental contract, payment method choice, flight details
  • Security: IP address, browser and device information, on-site activity logs

Purposes

  • Forming and performing the car rental contract
  • Confirming the booking and contacting the customer
  • Meeting legal retention, tax and accounting obligations
  • Measuring service quality and evaluating marketing activity

Legal basis

Processing rests on Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for forming and performing a contract, explicit provision in law, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest. Measurement and advertising cookies rest solely on your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred to our European Union based server and e-mail providers, to measurement providers where you have consented, and to public authorities on lawful request. Transfers abroad follow Article 9 of the KVKK.

How we collect it

Data is collected partly by automated means: through booking and contact forms on this website, through phone or WhatsApp conversations, and through the rental contract signed at vehicle handover.
