The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Drivers must be at least 25 years old with 2 years of driving experience. Upper-class vehicles require a minimum age of 27. A valid driving licence must be presented at pick-up.

Yes, provided the additional driver is registered with valid identification and a valid licence. An unregistered driver voids the insurance.

No. All our rentals include unlimited mileage. Vehicle maintenance costs and insurance are also included in the price.

Tolls and motorway fees, traffic fines, one-way charges, baby seats and VAT are not included in the quoted rate.

Yes. Rentals of 30 days or more qualify for special pricing. Please contact us for a quote.

A delay of up to 3 hours is charged at one third of the daily rate per hour. Delays beyond 3 hours are charged as a full additional day.

Yes. Cancellation is completely free at any time before you pick up the car. Since we take no prepayment, there is nothing to refund and nothing to wait for. If you would like to change your dates, times or vehicle class, just contact us and we will update your booking free of charge, subject to availability.

Yes. Under Turkish rules, valid foreign licences printed in the Latin alphabet are accepted as they are. If your licence uses a non-Latin script — for example Cyrillic or Arabic — you will also need an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside your national licence. Please have your licence and passport ready when we hand over the car.

We record the fuel level in the tank when the car is handed over to you, and note it on the rental form. You simply return the car with the same amount of fuel — so you never pay for fuel you did not use. If you receive the car with half a tank, you bring it back with half a tank.

Yes — just let us know when you book and we will have a baby seat ready in your car for an extra 3 € per day. Please tell us your child's age so we can prepare a suitable seat. You can also add an additional driver for 3 € per day; the second driver must be registered at handover.

The policy covers traffic accidents and theft. It does not cover damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, damage from speeding violations, or wear items such as broken glass, mirrors and tyres. Full insurance covering these can be added at booking.

Nothing is charged when you book. You pay when you pick up the car, in cash or by credit card — you choose the method during booking.

No — we never take a deposit of any kind, not even a hold on your credit card. There is no prepayment either: you simply pay by cash or card when the car is handed over. Your money is never blocked or tied up. Unlimited mileage and traffic insurance are included in the price, with no hidden fees.

Yes. We deliver and collect around the clock. Delivery to Antalya Airport and the Lara area is free; for other locations a small distance-based fee applies and is shown clearly during booking.

Delivery and collection at Antalya Airport are completely free, 24/7. When booking, you share your flight number with us; we track your flight and meet you at the terminal exit. Even if your flight is delayed, your car waits for you at no extra cost. After a quick paperwork check you pay by cash or card and drive off.
