RENTAL TERMS

These terms apply to all our rentals. We list what is included and what is not, item by item, so there are no surprises at handover.

Driver requirements

  • Minimum age is 25. Upper-class vehicles require a minimum age of 27.
  • A valid driving licence held for at least 2 years is required. The minivan class (9-seat Vito) requires at least 3 years.
  • A driving licence and an ID card or passport must be presented at handover.
  • Anyone other than the renter who will drive must be registered as an additional driver. Insurance is void if an unregistered person drives.

Rental period

  • The minimum rental period is 3 days.
  • For late returns, one third of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour.
  • If the total delay exceeds 3 hours, a full day is charged.
  • Rentals of 30 days or more qualify for long-term pricing.

Included in the price

  • Unlimited mileage
  • Compulsory third-party liability insurance
  • Vehicle maintenance and servicing costs
  • Delivery to and collection from Antalya Airport
  • Value Added Tax (VAT)

Not included in the price

  • Motorway, bridge and toll (HGS) charges
  • Traffic fines
  • One-way fee for returning to a different location
  • Delivery and collection at distant locations outside the airport
  • Extras such as baby seats, navigation and additional drivers

Insurance

  • The policy included in the price is compulsory third-party liability insurance; it covers the damage you cause to the other party.
  • Every car in our fleet also carries a commercial comprehensive policy that covers damage to the car itself: if the car you rent is damaged, it pays the part of the damage above 4% of the vehicle's value.
  • That 4% of the vehicle's value is your excess: whatever the repair costs, it is the most you can be asked to pay for any one incident covered by this policy. Tyres, glass and headlights fall outside it.
  • Full Protection removes that excess and covers tyres, glass and headlights as well: as long as you have followed the traffic rules, you pay nothing even when the accident is your own fault.
  • No policy covers damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, while running a red light or while speeding.

Speed limits and parking

  • The speed limit on motorways is 120 km/h.
  • The speed limit on intercity roads is 90 km/h.
  • The speed limit in towns and cities is 50 km/h.
  • Please observe no-parking signs. Towing and impound charges are the renter's responsibility.

Traffic fines

  • The renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
  • Fines that reach us after the vehicle has been returned are charged to the renter.
  • Fines are collected in cash or by credit card.
  • If the vehicle is held by the authorities for any reason, that time counts as part of the rental period.

Handover and return

  • Airport delivery and collection operate 24 hours a day, every day.
  • Give us your flight number when booking; if your flight is delayed, we hold your car.
  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at handover.
