RENTAL TERMS

These terms apply to all our rentals. We list what is included and what is not, item by item, so there are no surprises at handover.

Driver requirements

  • Minimum age is 25. Upper-class vehicles require a minimum age of 27.
  • A valid driving licence held for at least 2 years is required. The minivan class (9-seat Hyundai Staria) requires at least 3 years.
  • A driving licence and an ID card or passport must be presented at handover.
  • Anyone other than the renter who will drive must be registered as an additional driver. Insurance is void if an unregistered person drives.

Rental period

  • The minimum rental period is 3 days.
  • Returns have a 2-hour grace period after the time stated in the booking; no extra charge applies within that window.
  • Delays beyond 2 hours are charged as one additional day.
  • Rentals are limited to 31 days; we do not offer monthly or yearly long-term rentals.

Included in the price

  • 250 km per day, pooled over the whole rental, with a minimum of 1,000 km in total (3–4 days = 1,000 km, 5 days = 1,250 km)
  • Compulsory third-party liability insurance and a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
  • Vehicle maintenance and servicing costs
  • Delivery to and collection from Antalya Airport
  • Value Added Tax (VAT)

Not included in the price

  • Motorway, bridge and toll (HGS) charges
  • Traffic fines
  • One-way fee for returning to a different location
  • Delivery and collection at distant locations outside the airport
  • Extras such as baby seats and additional drivers
  • €0.25 per kilometre beyond the included mileage
  • Costs caused by the driver (for example a flat battery from lights left on; with Premium Protection, Roadside Assistance covers cases such as lost keys, a flat battery or running out of fuel); mechanical faults are on us

Insurance

  • The policy included in the price is compulsory third-party liability insurance; it covers the damage you cause to the other party.
  • A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is also included in the price: if the car you rent is damaged, you pay no more than that car's excess instead of its full value.
  • The excess depends on the car and is shown during booking; it is the most you can be asked to pay for any one incident the cover applies to. In a major accident that is your own fault, you pay the excess whichever package you have chosen, Premium Protection included.
  • When you book, you choose one of three protection packages: Basic Protection is included in the price; Smart Protection also covers tyre and glass damage; on top of that, Premium Protection adds cover of up to 22,000 TL for damage in accidents that are your own fault or one-sided, and Roadside Assistance (lost keys including a replacement key, a flat battery or running out of fuel).
  • No policy covers damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, while running a red light or while speeding.

Speed limits and parking

  • The speed limit on motorways is 120 km/h.
  • The speed limit on intercity roads is 90 km/h.
  • The speed limit in towns and cities is 50 km/h.
  • Please observe no-parking signs. Towing and impound charges are the renter's responsibility.

Traffic fines

  • The renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
  • Fines that reach us after the vehicle has been returned are charged to the renter.
  • Fines are collected in cash or by credit card.
  • If the vehicle is held by the authorities for any reason, that time counts as part of the rental period.

Handover and return

  • Airport delivery and collection operate 24 hours a day, every day.
  • Give us your flight number when booking; if your flight is delayed, we hold your car.
  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at handover.
