7–9 seater hire: your questions
- What are the age and licence requirements for a 9-seater?
- For the Hyundai Staria and Fiat Ulysse, the driver must be at least 27 and have held a licence for at least 3 years. The same applies to 9-seaters we arrange on request, such as the Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Transporter; for models with fewer seats, age 25 and a licence held for 2 years are enough.
- Can I hire another model, such as a Mercedes Vito?
- We can look into it on request. Send us the dates and model on WhatsApp; if the same or a similar vehicle is available on those days, we'll quote you a price. We can't promise a specific model. The price we quote for these vehicles also covers compulsory third-party insurance and CDW; we state the CDW excess separately in the quote.
- Can more than one person in our group drive?
- Yes. Every additional driver who will use the vehicle must be registered on the rental. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the main driver; for 9-seaters, including those arranged on request, that means at least 27 years old with a licence held for 3 years.
- Is there a charge for airport pick-up?
- No. We hand over the Staria and Ulysse at Antalya Airport and take them back free of charge, 24/7, and there's no airport charge for a Vito or Transporter arranged on request either. Hotel or address delivery has a location-based fee: for online bookings it appears in the price breakdown before confirmation, and for on-request vehicles it's shown in the quote.
- Do we need a deposit or a credit card?
- No. There is no deposit or card hold on any rental, 9-seaters included.
- When do we pay?
- Nothing is charged when you book. You pay for the rental in cash or by card when you pick up the vehicle; for monthly rentals, the payment arrangement is agreed together at confirmation.
- Can we cancel if our plans change?
- Cancellation is free before you pick up the vehicle. Changing the date or time is also free before pick-up, subject only to availability.
- What documents are needed at pick-up?
- The driver's licence and a passport or ID card are all you need. If the licence is in Cyrillic or Arabic script, an International Driving Permit is also required.
