We offer premium options to anyone who wants a smarter car for occasions such as a wedding, an anniversary or a business meeting.

We don't ask for a deposit or card hold on luxury cars either, and there's no credit card requirement.

Collect the car
There's no charge for collecting the premium car at the airport or dropping it off there. If you want it at your hotel or another address, say so in your message; you'll see the delivery fee in the quote.
Luxury car hire: your questions
- Which luxury models can I hire?
- We arrange the Mercedes C-Class and E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6 and similar premium cars on request. Which one is available depends on your dates.
- Do you promise a particular luxury model?
- No, we don't promise a specific model. The quote includes the model you asked for or a premium car close to it.
- Is there a deposit or credit card requirement for a luxury car?
- No. Our rentals, premium class included, involve no deposit, no card hold and no credit card requirement.
- When will I know the price, and is insurance included?
- Once we receive your request, we send you a quote with the price and that car's CDW excess. On a premium car, too, compulsory third-party insurance and CDW aren't charged separately; they're included in the price. You pay nothing before you accept.
- What are the driver age and licence requirements for a luxury car?
- Premium cars have the same requirement as our online fleet: the driver must have turned 25 and have held a licence for at least 2 years.
- Is there a charge to cancel a booking?
- No. Cancelling before you pick up the car is free; changing the date is also free before pick-up, subject to availability.
- Can you bring the car to my hotel?
- Yes, we can. There's a delivery fee for this, depending on the location; for cars booked online it appears in the price breakdown before confirmation, and for premium cars it's in our quote. Pick-up and return at the airport, on the other hand, are free for premium cars too.
- Can I add an additional driver?
- Yes. Everyone who will be behind the wheel must be named on the rental record.
