How to rent a Mercedes

Once you accept the quote, our team confirms your booking by phone or WhatsApp.

Collect your car
You pay nothing for pick-up and return at Antalya Airport. If you'd like the Mercedes brought to your hotel or another address, we include the cost of that delivery in the quote.
Mercedes rental: your questions
- Why can't I book a Mercedes directly on the website?
- Mercedes models are arranged on request, so they don't appear in the online list. Just send us your dates and model on WhatsApp.
- Will I get exactly the Mercedes model I want?
- We can't commit to an exact model. Depending on availability, we quote the same model or a similar one; whether to accept is entirely up to you.
- Do you take a deposit for a Mercedes?
- No. There's no deposit or card hold for a Mercedes arranged on request either.
- When will I find out the price?
- Once you've given us your dates and model, the quote we send includes both the price and the car's CDW excess. Compulsory third-party insurance and CDW are part of that price.
- Can I pick up the Mercedes at the airport?
- Yes. For a Mercedes we arrange on request, pick-up and return at the airport are free as well; please include your flight number in your message. If you want hotel or address delivery, we set out the fee for it in the quote.
- What are the age, licence and document requirements?
- Drivers must be at least 25 and have held a licence for 2 years or more; for 9-seat models such as the Vito, the minimum is age 27 and 3 years with a licence. At pick-up, you show your driving licence and your passport or ID card. Licences in Latin script are accepted as they are; with a licence in Cyrillic or Arabic script, an International Driving Permit is also required.
- What can I do if no Mercedes is available?
- We'll suggest another car from our fleet. The prices of the cars available to book now appear as soon as you choose your dates.
- What isn't included in the price?
- Bridge and motorway tolls and traffic fines are not included in the price. For tolls, you can add the optional HGS (electronic toll) extra.
